Billing & Cancellation
Last updated October 25, 2026
Know the cost before enrolling
Each program lists an introductory amount for the first monthly billing period and a flat regular monthly amount for later billing periods. Before you authorize payment, enrollment identifies the exact program, what is included, the amount due, the renewal schedule and any conditions.
Monthly programs and prepay plans
Vida Meds’ weight-management programs are billed monthly by default. 3- and 6-month prepay plans are also available at a lower monthly rate; the amount due, the period covered and the cancellation and refund terms for a prepay plan are shown before you pay. Medication availability, individual clinical suitability, pharmacy fulfillment and the applicable program terms determine whether a patient can enroll in a particular plan. Prescription care is never guaranteed.
- Compounded semaglutide: $129 for the first month, then $199 per month.
- Compounded tirzepatide: $199 for the first month, then $289 per month.
What the program price includes
The monthly program price covers your prescribed medication, provider consultation and standard pharmacy shipping, and it stays the same at every dose. There is no membership fee. Any additional charge or service exclusion is disclosed before it applies, and you authorize it before you are charged.
Wellness add-ons
Optional wellness add-ons are priced separately, from $89 per month each, with an introductory price for the first month. An add-on is included only after provider review, and its price and renewal terms are shown before you authorize the charge.
Recurring billing authorization
When you sign up for a recurring plan, you are shown the billing interval, the introductory period, the renewal amount, the authorization terms and how to cancel. The checkout terms you accept govern the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel future recurring service through account management in the secure patient portal or by contacting support, subject to the processing timing explained at enrollment and in your portal account terms. Cancellation may not reverse a prescription already dispensed or a shipment already processed.
Refunds and treatment decisions
A clinician may determine that a requested medicine is not appropriate. Your enrollment agreement describes how any payment authorization, clinical-service charge or refund is handled in that circumstance. Prescription medicines that have already been dispensed may be subject to restrictions on returns or refunds.
